GOAL:

- To look at the cells that knock out the zinc transporter.

- Look at the Krebs Cycle and mitochondrial activity.

  1. Oxygen consumption:

  2. plate ZIP1 against well type -> test both ZIP1 & exon 1 & ZIP1 & exon 3

  3. 8 wells-> we need at least 3 replicates (3 for phenotype & 3 for other) only can run 2 experimental conditions at a time

  4. Exon 1 & 3-> compare both ZIP1

Essentially, they should have the same metabolic profile.
