Second Round of Experiment

Today, I redid the experiment I had done as a trial run for the past 2 weeks. This time, the cells we used were better, and I followed the same procedure as from my previous two posts. After i completed all the pre-experiment steps, I ran the assay. The first step in this process was to calibrate the sensor cartridge which took about 30 minutes. Then, we inserted the cell culture microplate. The test report generator calculates the stress test parameters. I look forward to seeing the results from my experiment.
